You will want 2 weapon sets - Scepter/Shield, and Staff. The same goes for enchantments - if you can hit 100% accuracy with your other gear, replace these with stamina.

#ARCHEAGE 3.0 SHADOWBLADE VS DARK RUNNER UPGRADE#
Your goal for int is to have 100% magic accuracy - once you reach that, stack as much stamina as you can, since the damage you get from the int stat is generally very small, and it's easier to simply upgrade your weapon. If you use high grade gear, and a good stat bow/flute, you might be able to swap out some jewelry for stamina, instead. It might also be a good idea to go for the +skill damage rings, then farm in Karkasse to give them int. You will want Wave Earrings, Rings, and Amulets, although I prefer to use the Halcy Amulet. BiS sockets/enchants are as follows for a pvp cloth set:, with an exception explained in the next paragraph. Serpentis is also really good if you have access to that. I would specifically recommend going for a more tanky daggerspell - 4 pieces lake, 3 pieces Auroria. You will get many conflicting views, and what you wear will be drastically influenced by how much gold you are able to spend. This will be a point of contention for a large amount of people. I think doing so absolutely is viable if you have a delphinad weapon, and could easily be superior - but I've found without the extra sorc passives the Hasla staff simply does not do enough damage.

Another common build that I personally do not like will take 3 points from the Sorcery passive and put them into shadowplay or witchcraft. For world pvp or 5v5's, I often respec based on how I think the battle will play out, since it only costs a few silver to reset 2 points. Stealth is incredibly useful for certain situations, but in 1v1 it's uses are limited - good players will be able to catch you off guard when you are in stealth, especially since you kick up dust clouds with nearly every step in the Arena. One thing I'm sure most people have noticed by now is that I don't take stealth. This allows me the extra damage from the Sorc passive, as well as Augment witchcraft, which is the most important passive in Witchcraft. Now, no more wasted time.Īs you can see, I go 11/2/10, Sorcery/Shadowplay/Witchcraft.

#ARCHEAGE 3.0 SHADOWBLADE VS DARK RUNNER HOW TO#
I will be going over everything I can think of, that I do personally, includingĪnd will have an individual section on the most popular classes you can expect to find in daily 1v1's, and how to play against them. Realize that everything here is specific to me - my build will reflect my playstyle, as well as my gear choices, and there *are* absolutely other ways to play daggerspells. I don't consider myself the best daggerspell, but I am certainly knowledgeable and skilled enough so others can learn from me, so I will do my best to write a basic guide for players looking to learn a few tricks. Many of you know me, especially if you 1v1 or 5v5 a lot. I am a Daggerspell on Enla, East and in Sanctuary. Me being a newcomer stuff like this is gold, and if lucky there's probably something in there for you more seasoned players aswell, daggerspell or notįirst of all, introductions. I came across this daggerspell PvP guide, and i thought it made for some interesting reading.
